Overview
REVOLUS T is the automation system for telescopic doors recommended for entryways located along emergency escape routes.
An operator designed to be installed in escape routes, extremely safe, reliable and easy to install thanks to its innovative technical solutions. The redundant system ensures that, should any component of the main automation system fail, the secondary system takes over and performs the emergency opening of the door.
The operator is equipped with a double brushless motor housed in a single casing; this provides greater reliability than a system with two separate motors.
The electronic control unit, extremely compact and featuring highly reliable, next-generation components, is equipped with a switching power supply, with a double independent power circuit for motor piloting and with two constantly synchronised microprocessors for input and output management.
The system uses a monitored lead battery to ensure that the door opens within 5 seconds in case of failure.
REVOLUS-T has exceeded 1,000,000 cycles (4,000 cycles/day) in durability tests, in an environment with a temperature range of between -15° C and +50° C, and is certified at IP22 protection class. Its minutes.
The “redundant” system ensures that, should any part of the main automation system fail, the secondary system will take over to perform emergency opening of the automatic door, while the incorporated emergency battery ensures that the door will open in emergency mode within 5 seconds, in the event of a malfunction.
