The I40 is a High and Low level sounder. The HIGH level is for ALARM warning and the LOW level is for ENTRY/EXIT warning. Both functions are triggered independently. The LOW level sounder is fitted with a volume control which can be set to individual requirements.

Installation
The I40 is designed to be wall mounted. The tamper actuator is retained in the base plate and will operate the micro-switch when either the front speaker housing or the base plate is removed. The tamper signals are brought out on voltage free contacts for optimum configuration.
Wire the trigger signals to the appropriate terminals as marked on the pcb. The volume of the ENTRY/EXIT sound can be adjusted by turning the volume control on the pcb.
The ALARM tone volume cannot be adjusted
