PROLINE ZI-02 Control Unit

The Proline ZI-02 is a dual zone module for monitoring up to two zones of Proline Digital Linear Heat Detection Cable.

If an overheat or fire situation triggers either zone of the Digital LHD cable the unit automatically calculates and displays the distance along the cable, in feet and metres, to the alarm point.

PROLINE ZI-02EN Control Unit

The Proline ZI-02EN is a dual zone module for monitoring up to two zones of Proline Digital Linear Heat Detection Cable.

PROLINE LHD Junction Box (A1343)

Proline Digital Junction Box are suitable for use with Proline Digital linear heat detections systems.

It can also be used as an in-line junction box for the incoming leader cable. It comes supplied with two glands and has a five-way DIN rail mounted terminal block within.

PROLINE EN Digital Cable (TH68EN-TH88EN)

Proline ENDigital Linear Heat Detection Cable uses fixed temperature detection technology to provide an easy method for sensing changes in temperature levels. The cable can offer alternative overheat protection in a vast range of applications and environments, from tunnels, cable trays, warehousing to sensing changes in temperature within escalators and other applications where many risks of fire are hidden from view.

The Proline EN Digital LHD cable is designed to work with the Proline EN Digital Sensor Control Unit Z1-02EN and Proline EN Digital End-of-Line Unit EOLU-EN. 

The outputs of the Proline Z1-02EN can then be connected to a conventional fire alarm panel or an addressable switch/zone monitor unit. 

Digital linear heat detection cable is comprised of a pair of twisted, low resistance, tri-metallic conductors, sheathed in advanced temperature-sensitive polymers. When the cable reaches the required temperature, the two twisted cores will fuse together, with a fire-triggering resistor attached to the input interface and a single core of linear heat cable, to activate an alarm at the main fire panel. 

The cable's protective outer coating is UV stable and hydrocarbon resistant, low smoke, zero halogen, oil resistant, and flame retardant making it suitable for almost any application. The cable is also available with a stainless-steel braid for further mechanical protection.
